Everything works as it should, the child is happy, and can operate everything. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call to the basic plan every six months. Really just for emergencies.
Otherwise, I’m amazed that it works and there’s nothing wrong with it :-)

I would like to highlight their helpfulness, willingness to assist, and absolutely excellent communication. From the very first contact, they dealt with me in a very human, professional way and with a genuine interest in resolving the situation. I also appreciate their quick response and the fact that they kept communicating with me continuously, even over the weekend, which is not a given these days.
I truly value their fair, customer-oriented approach. This is exactly how I imagine quality service and customer care. Thank you, and I recommend them with a clear conscience.

The watch works great, and so does the GPS, which is rarely the case with most other watches. We are satisfied. I would especially like to highlight the service. My son's watch fell to the ground and the display broke; perhaps the only downside is that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a very favorable discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the next day, and they even helped us switch the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!

Hodinky splňují, co slibují. GPS funguje. Po roce a půl se nám zaseknul displej. Hodinky jsme tedy poslali na reklamaci. Reklamace byla vyřízena téměř hned po obdržení hodinek. Potěšilo nás, že jsme dostali hodinky nové. Moc děkuji za skvělé služby a doporučuji.

Hodinky jsme si vybrali proto, ze je vnimame jako bezpecne z hledista sdileni dat, jsou z tech mensich, takze na detske ruce prilis nevycnivaji a s textilnim paskem, ktery jsme poridil navic, jsou pohodlne i dceri, ktera ma dost utlou ruku. Vydrz baterie je ocekavatelna a s tim, ze je kazdy vecer odkladame na nabijeni, je dostatecna. Prekvapilo me jen to, jak dlouho trva, nez se na vyzadani aktualizuje poloha, ale necini nam to vetsi problem. Presnost polohy je v radech 10-20 m. Co mi prijde nedomyslene je, ze nelze meni z rodicovskeho pristupu nastaveni ve chvili, kdy jsou hodinky ve skolnim rezimu. Pri vypnutych hodinkach bych to jeste pochopila. Ale pokud jsem dceri nastavila automaticke zapinani skolniho rezimu a potrebuji ho z nejakeho duvodu v prubehu vypnout, tak to nelze.

Gps je relativne presna, ale aktualizace polohy trva. Nicmene jsme parkrat meli problem s aplikaci, ktera nas (vice clenu v ruznem casovem rozmezi) naprosto bezduvodne sama odhlasila a nedarilo se do ni prihlasit zpet. Volani nastesti fungovalo. Obcas selze odeslani hlasove zpravy, coz me take mrzi, deje se to pri posilani zpravy z mobilu na hodinky, ackoliv mam na mobilu permanentne zapnute data i wifi. 🤔
Jinak dcera je z hodinek nadsena. Hezky design, lehce ovladatene.

Přináší větší rodičovský klid, protože když děti pustíte samy na kole po ulicich ve městě přesně vidíte kde je a rychle se mu a ono Vám dovolá. Doporučuji všemi deseti.

Vyberali sme dlho a nakoniec som zvolila tieto kvôli slovenskej podpore. Najväčším problémom je veľkosť a citlivosť displeja. Nedá sa čakať ze to bude reagovať ako smart hodinky ci telefón. Dieťa má občas problém sa preklikat k tomu co chce spravit. Plus by som pri tej kúpnej cene a k tomu ešte 5e mesačnemu poplatky bola radšej ak by volaci balík mal viac ako ponúkaných 20 minut.

Ez tényleg nem sikerült jól. A szíj 3 hét alatt annyira brutálisan fekete és koszos lett, hogy úgy néz ki, mintha két éves lenne. Csak sötét színeket ajánlok.
