I also appreciate the speed of their responses and that they kept communicating with me continuously, even over the weekend, which is not a given these days.

Everything works as it should, our child is happy and can use everything on their own. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call every six months to the basic plan. Really just for emergencies.
Otherwise, I’m amazed that it works and there’s nothing wrong with it :-)

The watch works great, and so does the GPS, which is rarely the case with most other watches. We are happy with them. I would especially like to highlight the service. My son dropped the watch on the floor and the display broke; that is perhaps the only downside, that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a really good discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the very next day, and they also helped us transfer the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!

A GPS viszonylag pontos, de a helyzet frissítése időbe telik. Néhányszor gondunk volt az alkalmazással is: több családtagot különböző időpontokban teljesen ok nélkül kijelentkeztetett, és nem sikerült visszalépni. A hívás szerencsére működött. Néha a hangüzenet küldése is sikertelen, ami szintén sajnálatos – ez mobilról órára küldéskor történik, pedig a mobilon folyamatosan be van kapcsolva a mobilnet és a wifi is. 🤔 Egyébként a lányom lelkes az óra miatt. Szép dizájn, könnyű kezelés.
