FAQ - Sharing and Managing Users
Do you want other family members to be able to use the KLOKI watches? Or do you need to transfer the watches to a new account? In this section, you will find all the important information about sharing the watches with other users, changing ownership, and the differences in permissions. You will learn how to easily connect the app to the watches, what to do if the sharing request does not arrive, and how to manage the access of individual family members.
If you want another family member to be able to track the watch and use its features, you can easily share it. Follow this guide:
- Download the Findee Kids app
The new user can download it from Google Play or the App Store and install it on their phone. - Open the app and select “Add watch”
Enter the registration code of the watch (you can find it on the watch or on the attached sticker). - Send a sharing request
The app will automatically send a sharing request for the watch to the owner's email. - The owner confirms the request in the email
After clicking the link in the email, the new user will gain access.
Viewing the watch in the app After confirmation, the watch will also appear in the new user's app, and they can track the location and other information.
If the email requesting to share the watch has not arrived, we recommend the following steps:
- Check if the correct email was entered under which the watch owner is registered.
- Look in the spam or junk folder, as it may have ended up there.
- If you cannot find the email, try resending the sharing request.

If you want to change the user of the KLOKI watch, follow these steps:
- Removing the watch from the original account:
- Open the Findee Kids app.
- Go to the "Watch Settings" section.
- Select the "Disconnect Watch" option.
- This step will remove the watch from your account and simultaneously cancel the subscription.
- Adding the watch to a new account:
- The new user can now install the Findee Kids app and add the watch through the "Add Watch" section.
- Activating the new subscription:
- After adding the watch to the new account, the new user will activate the subscription needed for the proper functioning of the watch.
The first user who adds the watch to their account in the Findee Kids app is automatically designated as the owner of the watch. This user has full access to all features – they can edit settings, manage contacts, and activate or change subscriptions. They are also the only one who can see and change payment details.
Other family members can be connected to the watch as additional users, but they have only limited access. They need permission from the watch owner to connect. These users can track the watch or send messages, but they cannot edit subscriptions or payment settings.
The function to connect the watches to each other is not available yet.
