Yes, the watch has seven dial hands. Each dial has a different look, so the child can choose the one that is closest to them – whether they want something colorful, playful, or rather classic.

The watch weighs ~55g.

The watch is suitable for children from 4 years of age. Although it has larger dimensions, our tests have shown that even four-year-olds can easily familiarize themselves with it, and the watch fits well on their wrist. The watch can be adjusted to a minimum wrist circumference of 13 cm, making it suitable for small children's hands.

• We use a standard fastening system, which may require assistance from parents for younger children.
• This system ensures that children cannot easily take off the watch.
• Older children can manage to put on and take off the watch independently.

The watch is designed for children over 4 years old, and its strap can be adjusted to fit a child's wrist with a minimum circumference of 13 cm.

Yes, the KLOKI watches have a replaceable strap that is attached using a classic pin.

This means you can easily swap it for another one if it wears out, or if you want to color-coordinate the watch according to your mood or outfit. The exchange takes just a few seconds and does not require any special tools.

What you will need:

• Strap replacement tool (also known as a spring bar tool) or a small flat screwdriver
• New strap compatible with KLOKI watches

Belt replacement procedure:

1. Prepare your workspace
   Place the watch on a soft cloth or another scratch-free surface to prevent damage to the display.
2. Search for the strap pin
   On each side of the watch, the strap is secured with a small metal pin that is set into tiny notches in the watch case.
3. Release of the strap
   Gently press the strap away from the watch with your finger, which will partially expose the pin. Using a tool or a small screwdriver, carefully push the pin inward to release it from the notch. Then simply remove the strap. Repeat the process on the other side as well.
4. Installing a new strap
   If the new strap has its own pins with a lever, simply insert them into the corresponding notches – no tool required. If it doesn't have pins, you can remove them from the old strap and reuse them. Insert one end of the pin into the notch and press the other end down with a tool to secure the strap. Do the same on the other side.
5. Fastening check
   After installing the new strap, gently pull on both sides and make sure it holds firmly and securely.

The KLOKI watch has a compact and child-friendly shape: 40 × 54 × 16 mm (width × height × thickness).

We chose plexiglass for the following reasons:

• Safety: Plexiglass is more resistant to cracking and breaking than regular glass. This means that if damage occurs, there are no dangerous sharp shards that could cause injury. This property is crucial when designing products for children.
• Durability: Plexiglass is highly resistant to impacts and scratches, making it an ideal choice for children's watches, which are often subjected to rough handling and constant use.
• Lightweight: Plexiglass is lighter than tempered glass, ensuring that the watches remain comfortable and easy to wear even during an active child's lifestyle.

The watch has an IP67 certification, which means it is resistant to dust and temporary immersion in water (up to a depth of 1 meter for 30 minutes). However, this specification does not mean that the watch is intended for swimming or playing in water.

When and where is it safe to use the watch?

• When washing hands.
• In light rain.
• During brief and accidental contact with water.

The SOS function is available only with an active "Watch and Call" subscription, which allows calling from the watch.

In the app, you can set up to 3 emergency contacts that the watch will automatically try to call if the child presses and holds the SOS button for 3 seconds.

After pressing, the watch will start calling these contacts one by one until the call connects.

In order for the SOS button to function as intended, you first need to set up who the watch will call in case of an emergency. You can do this easily directly in the Findee Kids app:

1. Open the Findee Kids app on your phone.
2. Go to the "Watch Settings" section and select the "SOS Button" option.
3. Select up to three trusted contacts (such as mom, dad, grandma...) that you want to use for the SOS call.
4. Save the changes – and you're done.

From this point on, the watch will automatically and repeatedly call the specified contacts when the SOS button is pressed, until the call is connected.

If the SOS button is not responding, try this procedure:

1. Restart the watch.
2. After restarting, open the Findee Kids app and proceed as follows:

• Go to Watch Settings → SOS button
• Remove all saved contacts
• Save the changes
• Wait about 10 seconds
• Open the SOS button settings again
• Add the SOS contacts again
• Save the changes

3. Test the SOS button function:

• Press and hold the SOS button on the watch for at least 4 seconds
• The watch should start dialing the first set contact

If the button still does not work:

1. Press the SOS button again and check if anything appears on the watch display
2. Then please contact us at support@kloki.cz and provide:
3. Whether anything appeared on the display when the button was pressed
4. What steps you have already tried
5. The type/model of your watch

The alarm function is available directly in the Findee Kids app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Findee Kids app
2. Go to the "Watch Settings" section
3. Select the "Alarm" option
4. Set the time and days for the alarm to ring

Here you can easily set up to 3 different alarms – each with its own time and days for ringing.

If your watch shows the wrong time, we recommend waiting a moment first – the time usually synchronizes automatically according to your time zone via the network.
